1. Introduction

2. Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, please provide us with the following information:

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content of the takedown request and give them an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following information:

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before it was removed;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of that person;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your counter-notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to post the material;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law. If you believe that a user is a repeat infringer, please contact us with the appropriate evidence.
